2) You can add customized information when placing an order, or send it to us through the chat window.

3) If you do not choose a font, we will use the default font.


4) If you have not left any customized information, we will send the pen without customization.

5) Please be sure to send a customized message within 30 minutes after placing the order. For example, when you send "Happy New Year", "Happy New Year" will be engraved on the pen.

6) If you do not leave a message in time and the pen has been sent out, we cannot change it. Please understand.

7) Currently, only 16 English fonts(font1,font2....font16) are supported, and other languages can only use default fonts.
